Shift 3.2 released

CHANGES
- Added note about mcp/msum >= 1.76.7 since earlier versions do not support all required functionality
- Added warning message when --no-check option specified
- Fixed leftover temp files after --status
- Fixed hung transfers with one but not both of --no-check/--no-preserve
- Fixed not an array reference exception during some rsync scenarios
- Fixed use of undefined value exception during some tar scenarios
