There was no release from some time now, but the project isn't stopped.
I'm currently replacing the old library implementation by a new one using the Derby database and updating the library interface to allow complex search queries. These changes caused a lot of regressions and the current SVN version has several features broken.
The good news is : I think that the SVN version should return in clean state within one week or two. Currently, searches are really faster than before. You can expect a new release before mid november.... read more
Here is the new release of Sharemedia.
News :
* SWT 3.3M1
* Preview definition is now 640x480 instead of 160*160
* Reduced negociation time.
Note :
SWT cannot be updated using the update system. If you want this new version, you have to install sharemedia from the latest file release. Mac users should get the file release as SWT 3.3M1 fixes several problems on this platform.

2 days after ShareMedia 0.1.25, the new version is released. It adds the possibility to set or change date and time on each photo, and a new meta data : 'Author'. A major bug was also fixed on remote libraries.
As always, this version is available on the update system. If you are new to ShareMedia, download the
latest file release and use the internal update system to get ShareMedia 0.1.26.

Hi all,
I'm currently working on the next release of ShareMedia. This release will be great and faster than before.
But after update, you may have an empty library. Don't worry, in this case, you just have to locate your library directory, select all content, and add it again to your library. You will keep all meta data, but you will lose the sharing permissions you have previously defined.
Sorry for inconvenience, but sharemedia is under heavy developpment and still an alpha release.... read more
.. and available by file download at last !
NEW:
Full screen view

It seems that the last release (20060529) is unable to share files. If you want to try the sharing features, please use the previous release.
I'm working to resolve this issue which still occurs on the CVS version.
Sorry.
Hi,
Here is the new release. It adds automatic updates, drop shadows and bug fixes.
