[TSACS] Minor TSACS Update - v3.0.1

Hi everyone, today marks the release of a minor update to the system.  The
old keyboard functionality were you could dial DHD symbol buttons via
keyboard keys has been re-instated.  I did not think anybody used this so I
did not include it initially but after a couple of emails I realised it was
important to some people and so I sat down today and made this quick update.

All the keys can be configured via the DHDs config.xml file.  As default
they are the same as the old symbol keys from the v2 releases.  I changed
the "a" for address book and "k" for keyboard reader to be capitals instead
so you now press "A" for the address book and "K" for the keyboard reader.

[TSACS] Final version of DHD Sim released v3.0.0 - Happy New Year!

Happy new year everyone, I am happy to announce v3 of the sim is out.  Big
changes have taken place over the years.  The sim has a new name The
Stargate Atlantis Computer Simulator and a new home http://www.tsacs.com

A huge amount of effort has gone into getting this release ready.  There are
still a lot of things I would like to do with the sim but my hope is that
now the source code is available other, more motivated people can work on
it.  I am not planning on actively developing the sim any further although I
may make minor updates in the future.
