The forum is back up, although we lost about a month and a half of posts.

Both the server that hosts the Forum and the server that had the SQL DB have suffered hardware failure resulting in data loss. We are in the process of evaluating our options and hope to have the Support Forum functioning again soon. Please bear with us.
