I have placed the source file
sextractor-2.3.1_lanl.tar.gz in the
sextractor files area at
https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=46551

The major advance in this release over the first
LANL API version of SExtractor is that it uses
automake/autoconf/libtool.
