#4 dtd graph generator is foo

src/python/chartgen doesn't generate appealing graphs of the DTDs.

Should probably be extended to generate HTML pages instead of PNG files.

Should be able to handle both DTD and XML files so that the generated APIs can be nicely documented.

Perhaps also extend to do generic class-trees , call-trees, etc ?
