#38 calls/calledby info from java
Currently calls-fields look like:
<info type="calls" value="LA"/>
Which probably is nice, but it would be easier if
there was some way to e.g use an id or a fully
scoped name. I am skipping support for links in this
sdoc-wave, but if there is more info later, I'll try.
