SDCF version 1.3.4 allows the development of applications with an embedded sdcf service now! In addition, the AIDL interface was extended, e.g. to trigger manual file transfers. Bulk broadcasts have been added to preserve system resources.

SDCF version 1.3.3 allows the easy reconfiguration of an already installed service application by external files now. You will find more information about the new feature here.

In addition, the start behaviour of the service was changed for the new time provider synchronization strategy IgnoreAndObserveSyncStates (introduced in version 1.3.2). If this strategy is configured, the service will always start now, even if an initial synchronization attempt fails.

Today the version 1.3.2 was released including the libraries, the appropriated application packages for the service and the viewer application as well as the actual Javadoc documentation for the libary code.... read more
