Comments are probably not taken into account when computing the overall width of a BMSC box. When exporting a BMSC where the right-most element is a comment, it is drawn behing the box frame. See the attached drawing. When exported to TeX and commented out the \drawframe{no} command, it the comment overflow can be seen.
