#727 Changeling Oracle Favored Class Bonus

Hi there.

Changelings get a bonus when Oracle is their favored class, where they add +1/2 to the oracle's level for the purpose of determining the effects of the oracle's curse ability. This doesn't seem to be implemented at the moment.
