Once the character information has been entered, I noticed that the class information, trait information and feats are duplicated from page 2 on to page 4 of the character sheet. Page 3 has been skipped. I am using Windows 7 with Microsoft Office 2007. Character sheet version is 7.4.0.1.

That is correct. Check the page output options on the customization tab. This is not an error.
Works as designed...
Character sheet 4 is intended for the case that cs2 does not provide enough space for all special abilities. So in cs2 all abilities that can be displayed are displayed and cs4 is intended in case there is an overrun to have another sheet with a second column and a complete reference to all special abilities.
