I thought CMD should include the Dex bonus, but I don't see it included on PC Sheet One tab. I am using a Dex of 15, but my bonus is not included in the CMD. Am I confused?

On the sheet i'm looking at, there is a combined box on CMD calc called "STR-DEX and it should combine both modifiers into the one box. I'm not really sure what the MISC is for, but I have +11 in it 0_o
CMD = 10 + Base attack bonus + Strength modifier + Dexterity modifier + special size modifier + miscellaneous modifiers
