Select your class on the levels tab. If you are a class that only knows specific spells, a spell list table with that class name should show. Select all the spells you know, based on your level. To select your prepared spells, go to the Prepared spell tab. Select the class, then select what spells you wish to prepare. Now head over to the spell sheet tab, select the level to display, and there you are. This will show all the spells you know, and tag the ones you have selected as prepared.
If at anytime you don't see anything to select, hit F9 to refresh the sheet.

I chose the Sorcerer class for my first five levels but don't see the spell list table or the prepared spells tab.

You can manually open them from the options tab.
