#137 Enable "Save" button (and add a "Load" and "Make Default" button) for Header Search

Currently the Save button on the Header Search window is disabled. While the search window in the PGN Window is nice, it can't be used to search for games before a certain date or games from a specific site. Header Search allows you to do that, but if a user routinely enters the same 4+ search parameters every time, it would be nice to be able to save those parameters and have them persist. I have submitted a fully working pull request to https://github.com/benini/scid (see https://github.com/benini/scid/pull/211). In the meantime, anyone interested in this enhancement can compile Scid from https://github.com/whelanh/scid which I will keep up to date with upstream). The modified Header Search window is shown below.
