I see there is a new version released of Scid

Is it possible to install this version on a Windows 11 pc, and how to do it?
Do I need to download this file?

How can I run Scid 5.1 on my Windows pc.
I have extracted the zip file to my pc but I don't find any schid.exe file.
Sorry for the many questions.
I don't have any programming knowledge.
