We are using SBO:Containment (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/sbo/main/SBO:0000469) to describe relationships such as "this bacterial cell contains these plasmids."
Presumably the role of the container is intended to be "functional compartment" (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/sbo/main/SBO:0000289).
There is no complementary "object" role, however, which we need for designating an object as being "contained within a compartment." Can we please get one defined?
