#99 Change State glyph

The state glyph should be changed to a "sausage" shape (a cylinder with rounded edges, like a pill capsule) from the current ellipse. This will make it clearer when longer state names are put in the glyph as the text will be less likely to spill outside the boundaries of the glyph.
