Improved the way the pictures are messed with, making it easier for humans to see and harder for computers, by randomizing gamma and brightness.

And improved the c program to copy the encoded pictures to the Pics directory automatically, and to clear the database before writing.

And fixed some bugs.

I remembered the project today and made some updates.

There is now a c program for adding pictures to the database, and the php is a updated.

Uploaded the beta versions including:
- source files / basic idea
- readme
- gnu licence
- comments in englisch and dutch

Made my first documentation with a link to my beta-version-test-site.
