and change charset of source code comments from Shifted-JIS to UTF-8.

Run68 version 0.08a-1 for windows has released!
mcdrv.x has been able to run on run68 version 0.08a-1.
Concretization of License to be under GPL.

Linux version is as same source code as BSD version.
So, You get BSD version source code using cvs to get Linux version.
Thus, Compile method is also same as BSD version.
And, Solaris 2.6 version will be available soon.

You can get Run68 for *BSD version from CVS Repository with ``-r BSD'' tag option.

Run68: Human68k command-line emulator's source code has imported to cvs repository.
