#76 create project stores relative path

The wizard stores relatve paths at creation of projects in projects.xml when no project path or a relative one is entered.

Eg.
>roma create web project my.pkg
>roma create web project my.pkg .

Therefore subsequent reads of projects configuration file fail.

Tested with SVN version.

Did you've setted the ROMA_HOME environment variable? What kind of error you see?
