#15 Borderless tables are invisible ...

Many people wish to use borderless (invisible) tables in
their HTML code just for formating the page.

I could create a table with border=0 but it is very hard to
deal with it because it is invisible. It would be nice to
show it in light gray. On the final HTML page it should
not show of course.
