#2 Excel and/or .csv support

First and foremost, thanks for the great idea and its implementation! I'd like to add, though, that in my experience, Excel spreadsheets and/or .csv files are used way more frequently for resource translations than MS Word files. Therefore, adding at least .csv support as the least common denominator would be really good.
