I love the project concept, but I have to wonder about being "cloud"-only - if a company's network goes down, the software won't be able to function on the [brick & mortar] shop computers. Most automotive repair shops don't require the internet to operate, only a small percentage use the internet to permit bookings/appointments in addition to phoning-in or visiting in person. Cloud-based software could spell problems for any company using the software and losing connection. Thoughts?
