I use rEFInd to boot OS X, Windows and several Linux distros (Linux Mint, Voyager and elementary OS), on a MacBook Pro. Everything works well.
I use refind-theme-regular by Munlik as a theme for rEFInd and the theme includes icons so I reference the icon folder in theme.conf with

icons_dir themes/refind-theme-regular/icons/128-48

Again everything works, except for the elementary OS icon. For some reason, rEFInd doesn't use the icon os-elementary.png from refind-theme-regular (I tried renaming it to verify that it wasn't using it), instead it uses an icon which looks just like it but is slightly enlarged and doesn't look as good.
It does use the correct icons for Linux Mint and Voyager (which it sees as Ubuntu), in the correct location. I verified it also, by renaming the icons.

Is elementary OS somehow overiding rEFInd settings for the OS icon?
Where does the icon rEFInd uses for elementary OS come from? If I knew, I could replace it with the one I prefer but I have no idea where it is.

Thanks.
