#33 Explain Class::MethodMapper types

See the top of Net::ICal::Component's new() method. The
difference between the "param" and "volatile" types
that Class::MethodMapper uses isn't quite clear, and we
could use better documentation on this point.

I'd love to see someone make better Class::MethodMapper
docs and contribute a patch back to the C::MM authors.
Good C::MM docs are important for new Reefknot
developers to understand our code.
