#10 Guild Treasury (step 2)

This is a multi-step feature

Step 2:

Investigate the possibility of using the logs as a method
of updating the treasury...if there is a worthwhile way to
do this, an administrator could upload his/her log and
have the treasury update itself....much easier for them
this way

After some checking looks like the easiest way to do this
would be using Magelo's export files to do the
updates....however this can't become a reality until the
Magelo service is active again
