#37 Table Fog setting not updated correctly

When I click on the button to turn Table Fog on, it
doesn't do anything. Programs depending on table fog
(UT2003) still fail, and the registry is not actually
changed. The program says the changes are instant
unless otherwise noted.. what do I need to do to get it
to actually change that registry value for Table Fog?
Seems like a bug as nothing I click on seems to have an
effect.
