#34 Empty error dialog

When logging onto windows an error dialog is generated
with no error message, it is completely blank, it then
quickly vanishes.
The same behaviour is exhibited when selecting a
RadeonTweaker shortcut. Doesn't seem to have any
detrimental effect however as the target program runs
fine. Just the empty error dialog is created and then
disappears.
Maybe something to do with loading the profile?
