Manual editing of task time implemented!

Finally, after years of struggling and resistance :-) I finished implementation of RFE #2812242 [1] and since today's Rachota 2.3 development build #100205 it is possible to manually edit time of tasks. Just select a task and invoke "Task > Correct duration" from main menu.

I would appreciate any feedback on this new build, because it also contains new reminder service, new hibernation support or some main window appearance optimizations. For more information please consult Rachota 2.3 concept page [2].
