Rachota 2.1 build #070325: Time can be displayed in title

First of all I want to quickly address some things. We steadily develop Rachota and publish new builds. Until now this went a bit unnoticed for lack of communication. Therefore, starting today, we will publish a news item for every new build.

Now to the latest build - Rachota 2.1 build #070325.

Rachota is now able to display the tracked time in its title, which looks like "Rachota 2.1 - Discussion [00:15 / 05:34]" per default. If you want to adjust the way Rachota displays the time, just change value of 'showTime' property in the settings.cfg file to one of the following possibilities: 'none', 'task', 'total' or 'both'. Default value is 'both' and you don't have to setup anything for the first run.

Besides, another RFE is fixed: all dialogs can now be closed just by pressing Enter.
