queXML 1.2.0 has been released today

It contains updates for PDF file production including:

Added toquexf parameter which creates the form with no background colour for easy importing to queXF.

Fixed contingent question rendering.

Fixed dashed lines rendering in FOP 0.94.

Made barcode font an embeddable one.

queXML has been updated to be compatible with, and use Apache FOP (version 0.94) and Barcode4j (Version 2.0 alpha 2) in the PDF stylesheet

This makes sure that queXML does not require any proprietary software to function.

The latest stable version of LimeSurvey (http://www.limesurvey.org) (at
this time, version 1.70) can now output files to queXML.

This means that you can install LimeSurvey both for running web based
questionnaires, and designing queXML instruments.

You can use the LimeSurvey instrument development system, then choose
the "export structure to queXML" link to export the questionnaire in
queXML form.... read more
