Post-0.0.20 trajectory

Qucs is back on track, looking for maintainer and contributors.

After the split into Simulator/GUI and the 0.0.20 archival releases, Qucs is finally moving again, now mostly thanks to NLnet.

== The upgrade to Qt5
The main obstacle to using Qucs was the dependency on the Qt4/3 graphics framework, which has been removed from virtually all operating systems. With help from various parties, the codebase has been pulled out of this stalemate. It is now again possible to build the GUI on a contemporary system.... read more

Project renaming.

According to a request made by Trolltech we had to rename Qucs from "Qt universal circuit simulator" to "Quite Universal Circuit Simulator". That is because the name Qt belongs to Trolltech, as Qt is a trademark of Trolltech. So they are not fine with the software name incorporating their registered trademark.

Qucs project started.

Though there is not yet any release publically available we started to host the Qucs project at SourceForge. Most of us are or were students of the Technical University of Berlin in the Department Microwave Engineering. Some have passed their diploma, some their PhD, and some are continuing their studies like most students do.
