Is there a digital library for the CD4000's devices? I specifically am looking for a CD4017B model and symbol.

I have a CD4000_v.lib that works in ltspice. What I am looking for is a library for Qucs or Qucsstudio. Any help would be appreciated.

Qucs-S and ngspice can use the PSpice digital Libraries, Qucs cannot.
