FXPyTurns-n-Layers-1.0.4 Released

This new release features a much improved installer. The new installer accepts command line options (see INSTALL for details) that allow naming the install location within the file hierarchy, it installs a "boot script" and adds a symlink to the /bin directory so that starting the app is more like that of "regular" Linux apps. the installer can also clean the "build" directory, if desired. Also added more error checking. Some code kludges are also fixed with this release.

PyTurns-n-Layers Update

Added a new install script to this distribution. The new script takes care of installing directories/files to the system in a more orderly fashion. The script also performs a system check to verify a working FXPy install. This install script also creates an application bootscript which may be launched from any convenient location within the file heirarchy.

New Project: PyTurns-n-Layers

PyTurns-n-Layers is a Python version of the C++ based FXTurns-n-Layers. PyTurns-n-Layers was written with FXPy, the Python version of the FOX tool kit. PyTurns-n-Layers offers the same functionality as well as look and feel of the C++ version, but implemented in the Python scripting language. The application is being offered in "tarball" form so that it is convenient to include both the FOX and FXPy "tarballs", in case you don't have these shared libs/Python site package.
