Activity for PyML

It is stated in the installation section of the tutorial PDF that python 2.3 or higher and numpy 1.0 or higher are required. I have fulfilled these requirements. Yet, when I check the installation by running from PyML import * in my python 2 interpreter, I get the error: ImportError: No module named _ckernel I am guessing the issue has something to do with the fact that "there is some C++ code so the library is not automatically portable". Can anyone lend me a hand?

Hi, I'm getting the following errors while running 'python setup.py build'. I'm trying to install PyML-0.7.11. Note that I have Python version 3.5.2, GCC version 5.4.0. I have python3-dev version 3.5.1-3 installed (which it claims to be the latest). And Ubuntu 16.04. Please help, I really need this library to work. Errors: running build running build_py running build_ext building 'PyML/containers/ext/_csparsedataset' extension x86_64-linux-gnu-gcc -pthread -DNDEBUG -g -fwrapv -O2 -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes...
