#53 IDC right-angle connectors

The IDC connectors that bring in data and power on the
bottom edge of the board should be right-angle, so that
the cable can be inserted and removed while all the
LVDS face boards are mounted in a vertical stack.

They are currently separated by an inch or more with
standoffs, but this would still be a nice fix for
future revisions.
