#13 When display resolution is changed, it's not in the app
When i startup Opera Mini with J2ME standard 480x272, minimize it, then switch to 240x320 and maximize again, the screen becomes weird. Middle of opera mini (text rendering and website body) is 240x320, but the header and footer still are 480x272 (fullscreen).
