The above piece of incorrect XML code (DocBook DTD) is
being taken as correct by PSGML (Running the C-c C-o
command says OK in Emacs' mini-buffer).

Using any command line XML parsing/checking tool gives
the correct "opening and closing tags mismatch" error
(an </indexterm> is missing before the para's content)

PSGML version: 1.2.5
Emacs version: 21.3
OS: Mandrake Linux 9.2
