Hi,

when I set some coding system as prefered,
e.g.

(prefer-coding-system 'cp1250-dos)

and then I'am
trying to open file with precompiled DTD I get following error and
psgml doesn't work at all. If I switch off prefer-coding-system or
precompiled DTDs everything works OK.

Parsing
prolog...
Parsing doctype...
Reading compiled
DTD...
sgml-lookup-eltype: Wrong type argument: stringp,
ű}Invalid face text property value: font-lock-reference-face

I haven't been abel to reproduce this.
If you can locate the precompiled DTD file, could you try and
add "-*-coding:binary-*-" to the first line of that file and
    try again.

    Unfortunately this didn't help.

It looks that problem doesn't occur in 1.2.4.
