#7 Collapse control disappears if deleting message
1. Open a project summary
2. Click on the 'delete' link of a log message.
3. Observe that the collapse control for the Latest
Updates section is no longer there.
This is the result of inline javascript not being executed
when a section is updated via DHTML.
