These are the requirements I am establishing for the next build (1.02) of Project Moscow. Once each of these tasks has been completed, the next build will be released. I am dividing the tasks between software (suitable for developers) and graphics (suitable for designers).
I don't think the whole delegation thing has been working very well, and that is entirely my fault. I don't seem to be very good at the management/administration side of things, and my spotty schedule does not really help very much. I think that it would be best going forward if I just list the requirements for each build, and if anyone on the project (or anyone else for that matter) wants to take a task, let me know and I will assign them to it.... read more

There has been good feedback from the request for volunteers, and I have decided to close the help wanted adds.
The source code for the prototype has been added. Browse to "Download" - "Windows" to find it.
I've achieved the file in a .rar format. You will need Adobe Flash to view the .fla file and to compile the project.
Now that the prototype is finished, I am looking for any volunteers who may be willing to help with the further development of the game. A lot of additional work needs to be done, but now that the “skeleton” has been completed it should be possible for two or more people to work on it.
Specifically, I think people with the following skill sets would be capable of working on the project:
* Vector Image Graphic Designers (Adobe Flash if possible)
* Actionscript 2.0 (Adobe Flash) developers... read more
It has taken a long time, but the prototype has been finished.
This is only the prototype and is far from being a completed version of the game, but it does succeed in demonstrating proof of concept. I was afraid the game might slow down a little as you are running it in a browser, but I have not been able to notice any issues with it.
The prototype supports the following features:
* 1 unit type supported (infantry)
* 2 nations supported (Germany and Soviet Union)
* Scrollable map (drag the dark square in the minimap to get it to work)
* Capital capture victory conditions... read more
