Quoting from Wikipedia:
According to RFC 2822, the local-part of the address may use any of these ASCII characters:
* Uppercase and lowercase letters (case sensitive)
* The digits 0 through 9
* The characters ! # $ % * / ? | ^ { } ` ~ & ' + - = _
* The character . provided that it is not the first or last character in the local-part.
The rest of the entry says that variant specifications are more restrictive, not less.
The Email address in question is joso m._munoz@tigerpond.com where the "n" in munoz has a tilde
above it. This is not a valid Email username. The entry is in the test data defined in
project-open-3.2.sql.
