I am proud to announce the final version of 5.0 branch. It adds some new features like the php4/5 support.

To install it, it's very easy you have to open prestopoll.php file and change the three constants.

Also, I am waiting to isten your opinions on the forums... And... If you want that I make a new version in XML with just PHP5 support.

I am really glad to announce the second beta version of Presto Poll for php4... I am really closer to get the final version working on... But I need your help to test it.

Today, Presto Poll 4.0 is avaible may be it'll be the last version for a long time, because I'm going to work on Zend PHP5 contest and I'm working on a snippet for dotgeek contest, if anybody want to rate my script it'll be awesome (dotgeek.org/highfive/display.php?snippet=103).

After a while, I bring a new release of Presto Web 3! This is Presto Poll 3.5, it fix a lot of bugs:

- Came back to Cookies Authentication System
- If template's results is empty, the system
shows a default design in admin center.
- Fixed bug with Global Variables
- Fixed little bug with expiration time in
admin-poll.php

I received a lot of mails telling me that admin-poll.php doesn't login, and because of this I change authentication system. Now the system uses session variables, your computer doesn't support cookies because all information is saved on hosting server.

And the other thing is the button to View Results, using the tag [buttonresults] in your template, yu can use it.

After a week the 3.0 version is now avaible, this is the first madure version, and bring you some changes:
- Results: two methods, you can use the traditional in the same window or use Pop-UP option.
- Added in the Admin center the options, to select the better method to show the results
- Changed Authentication system: now you can select cookies, ip's save or both :). Added the option in the admin center.
- Added a new template for results. You can set that in the admin center,
- Now you can prepare the new polls! When the current ends, the new is generate :) This is cool or not?

I found some mistakes in the code of Presto Poll 2.0 and suggest to all the people who are using it, please download the 2.1 version, because fixs some bugs. The most important is: in the 2.0 version, you can't file the old poll but this bug was fixed, and also you can't modify the option of the poll, now is avaible!

Me again :). Well, with the option of file the old polls you need to see the results.... Presto Poll Reader, let you see the results of your surveys. It is so simple, and add a new template.

To install it, it is so simple you need to upload the files in the same folder that the poll is. Put 777 chmod to all files and, let's use it ;-)

After the 1.3 version, today, come for us the 2.0 version with some changes:
- Modified the administrator section, now you can select images for the results
- Expiration time for the poll: now, you can put until when the poll will be enabled to vote
- Change in the TEmplate #1: now yo can use [question] and [totalvotes], they are for the question and how many people have voted in the poll
- System to file the old polls
- You can select the system of authentication: cookies or save ips, save ips how the name say it, it saves the ip of the people who has voted and anybody with this IP could vote until you put empty the ip's file.
