#33 cannot add bookmarks

have tried in multiple books to add bookmarks, but the bookmarks button takes me to a links menu where the only choice given is "Toggle TOC/all" and I cannot add new bookmarks. The menu also shows only the first link in the TOC, and that link doesn't function properly (froze the app when I tested it out, but then the actual TOC links at the start of my book files haven't been doing anything at all in the native app, they still work in the old pReader).

    Verified that the link bug exists. I will hopefully be able to fix the bug for v0.9.13.

    And yes, creating bookmarks is currently not functional in the native version. This is actually a TODO target for v0.9.14.
