v0.99.3 contained some quite nasty bugs, so this version has been quickly released fixing up all known issues.

Six months in the making, Powertweak 0.99.0 is released today. A complete rewrite since the last public version, now offering more tuning in more areas. Redesigned with a plug-in architecture, Powertweak now comes with backends to tune x86 CPU registers, PCI registers, disk elevator settings & /proc/sys entries. Other big changes since the last release are the inclusion of a working curses user-interface, and the main program now running as a daemon (optional).
