There is the problem with powerd in gentoo:

JFYI. Another problem is that there is no maintainer in
gentoo. If somebody of developers are interested in
remaining this daemon in gentoo we need your help to
resolve that bug. Just create an account in bugs.g.o
and give us our opinion.
