#5 Uncontrollable UPS shutdowns.

With the serial cable connected, I've used upsdetect
to create powerd.conf. Then start powerd.

When the UPS experience a power loss, after 16
seconds it tells init to powerdown. Init issues the
Going Down in 2 minutes warning. Then power is
restored to the UPS. After some time init cancels the
powerdown and issues the appropriate messages.
Then after a couple more minutes the UPS
unexpectedly switches off!

I've seen this on 3 different machines with 2 different
brand UPS.

Yes, this is a problem I experience. Is this a configuration
