[Portlet-opensrc-developers] Which is right,schema or jsr 168?

I found some errors between portlet-app_1_0.xsd and
Java Portlet Specification.pdf(JSR168).
It defined the /portlet-app/custom-portlet-mode/name
element In JSR168 .
In the schema,this element can't find. But it defined
a /portlet-app/custom-portlet-mode/portlet-mode
element in this schema.
Which is right?
