For more than one year I did not have a false positive
for the "Debian Security Announcements"-list, now one
email got sorted unter "spam". So I entered the
webinterface and saw that the mail from the list was
merged into a spam-mail. But in my emailclient the
list-mail is ok...
I attached the popfile-control-center-page with the
error and the list-email from my mailclient.
I have deleted the spammail before I noticed the bug...

That is very strange but at least the message didn't reach
your mail client corrupted. Still it is something we should
try to track down. Is the message still in POPFile's
history? I am guessing probably not since it has been about
ten days since the report. If it is, can you get it from
the messages directory in your POPFile user directory?
What version of POPFile are you using? Are you using SSL
for email?
I doubt it would affect this, but it is worth a shot
checking your corpus for corruption. See:
