#5 Allow virtual categories

Create a virtual category which points to an already
existing subcategory. For example, create a top-level
category:

@Dictionaries

which points to the subcategory below:

Reference -> Language -> Dictionaries

Also, I like the idea of being able to assign a single title to
more than one category. For example, you could assign a
book on occlusion to orthodontics, prosthodontics, TMJ,
gnathology, and, of course, occlusion.

I know you can do that now by allowing more than one book
with the same ISBN but I don't want to be able to enter more
than one per category/subcategory.

Books categories will be replaced by PostNuke categories
when PostNuke .8 will be out. This way you will be able to
assign several categories to one book.
